KVCD: CQ and Automatic CQ_VBR?
 
Is there any difference between Constant Quality and Automatic CQ_VBR?

Which one is better?

CQ is best used for resolutions above or equal to 352x480(576)
CQ_VBR is best for 352x240(288)
