After making all your selections and starting D2S, do you need to make any other changes other than selecting "readavs." I noticed although I chose the 704x480 template, D2S showed 480x480 under the frameserver tab and Tmpg starting encoding as 480x480. Do I need to change it in D2S or is this how it is supposed to work? Thanks for a great program designers!

I'll fix the Max/min bitrate problem.

If you have problems with the KVCD templates (not SKVCD), download DVD2SVCD 1.2.1 build 2.

If you use DVD2SVCD 1.2.1 build 1, use DVD2KVCD 1.x.

The reason of the problem is that DVD2SVCD 1.2.1 build 1 doesn't suport SVCD resulution when you make VCD's, and this will screw up D2K
