KVCD: DIVx + WAV extraction problems

Hi all !
First of all : THX Kwag !
I'm speechless !!!
New CQ_VBR templates are ..... Awesome , MAN , AWESOME !!!!

To my prob : tryed converting of JohnQ (DivX) to mpeg1 and get some strange problem with audio extraction ?!!
When I play DivX on WinDVD or PowerDVD video/audio playback is smooth with no prob .
Encoded video with CQ_VBR - 820mb - no prob with nice quality .
Extracting of wav with VDub/NDub and converting to mp2 with toolame/TMPGenc gives sound track with some strange artifacts and backgound noises, beeps(like somebody is talking on background) - in short - BA..A..AD quality !!!!
Tryed extracting with AVI2WAV - same prob -WAV is with worse quality I ever got .
What's wrong with this audio ????
I have same prob with Mulholland Dr. DivX too .
Tryed few other DivX's and no prob .
THX for HELP !!!

Try this:
In virtual dub:
1. Audio - Full processing mode (to decode the wav)
2. File - Save wav

Encode to mp2 using headac3he (get it from doom9.org)

Hi Letexxx !!!
THX for replay !
I already tryed this about 2 weeks ago ( when dr NOCOTIN posted it to forum at first time) and this way doesn't work .
Tryed encoding audio directly with TMPGenc , encoding of extracted wav too - no go . Extacted audio is distorted already.
When I'm in DUB mode in VDub I don't have sound at all .
Maybe it's prob of some new codec that Vdub don't have but WinDVD and
PowerDVD have it ????
Can it be prob of demux from DivX file ???
coz DivX playback is smooth and clear for both V/A !!!
Any HELP be appreciated !
