Where to get DVD to mini-kDVD guide ?

I've done about 50 vcd/svcd movies with ToK and now I am interested in trying to make miniDVD. What I have to do differently ?
Can miniDVD be multiplexed with bbmpeg ?

What about that dvd authoring ? Is it as easy as vcd/svcd (after multiplexing just open Nero and burn .mpg file ??)

What about correct resolutions ? Can I use eg. 480x576 ?
