how to convert divx avi to kvcd?
 

I am trying to learn how to convet divx(avi) to kvcd. I tried the simple and the idiot's guides that are posted here. Everything was good except the video was slow( it was lagging).
Can anyone help me????

check the codec and make sure postprocessing is off.

where would i turn off the post processing

To me it seems that you didn't consider the Framerate settings!

So .... what's the Framerate of your Dvix source???
Tell me ... and if you don't know use "Gspot" to figure out which framerate in your avi is used.

Be carreful : I have a pioneer DV454 and whatever I put on it authored with Nero plays in slow motion.
The exact same KVCD authored with VCDeady (and burnt with Nero) plays at normal speed.

I never found the reason, nor the solution.

thanks for yoyer help i kinda figured it out, but i need one more thing which CQ should i use to have good quality and size not exceeding 800mb?

Use CQMatic to find the correct CQ. CQ varies depending on the movie.

yeah, i downloaded that but don't know how to use it :(
