KVCD: Matrix For Mpeg-4 encoding?

I was wonder with the great success of the kvcd matrices would it be possible to create a matrix specifically designed for mpeg4. I know I can use the current kvcd matrices in XviD but obviously they won't work like they are supposed to on mpeg2 or 1. Could someone make such a matrix for XviD? IMO we are in need of such matrices since the current ones certainly could be better. Tell me what you think.

The matrixes are't realy for any format, only for low bitrate encodings like KVCD. The Matrixes compress better the Movie.

No, I don't think so they were intended to be used for low bitrate mpeg1/2 so sure they will work for mpeg4 but not optimally. Anyway, lets just wait and see what others have to say on the matter.

Are you sure you understood the purpose of this site before landing there and ask something about Xvid compression ?
