Try using audio in 44Khz and not in 48Khz.
Do not use also "0" as VBV buffer in tmgenc, use 40 if you are encoding in MPEG1 and 112 if MPEG2.

Why not?

If I choose 0 and see in the Bitrate lof of TMPGEnc it show the same results as you said I choose it manuel.

And also with Bitrate View.

Not really :!:
Sometimes, when you choose 0 (Automatic), TMPEG will choose a different value for the VBV buffer, and this can cause problems on standalone players.

Yes sometimes it can. But I've no problems with my SA so I think the guys have to test the best value for their KVCD.

And thats also EM why I totally reassembled the *** Templates! As they got VBV = 0 before and where have been many reports that this gives arbitary results according to a well playback!

So don't use 0!! As maybe you will show one of your non-standard OneCD Encodings at a nice Evening when hanging together with your friends by using a different player at your friends house!
