kvcd 352x240 templates to fit 120 minutes on one cd-r?
Ive made 2 kvcds so far that came out great, I was just wondering if the way im doing it yields the best quality. I first extract the audio from the divx or xvid file I have, then I create a silent avi file and use tmpgenc and the kvcd 352x240 templates to fit 120 mins on one cdr. I have used finding nemo and santa clause 2 and they came ok great to my eyes, I was just wondering if there is any way to increase quality or not. Thanks

Try Dialhot's scripts, you can find the at the AVI forum here. Script number 4 is very good IMO.

dialhot are very good indeed for avi -> kvcd.
If I understand correctly, you "create a silent avi", do you mean you reencode the avi without sound, and then feed it through tmpgenc? If that's the case, don't do that, because you will lose quality with that. Just rip out the audio en feed the orignal avi into your script. |
