New scripts using only mencoder: KVCD, SVCD and KSVCD

I just uploaded some new scripts for encoding to KVCD, SVCD and KSVCD. The main difference is that they now only use mencoder for doing the encoding (audio & video). I also fixed some behaviour with the aspect ratio, and now it works OK with divx and DVD as source (check the source_ratio parameter at the beginning of the script).
