CQ_VBR = CQ?

Um, question. Ever since you started using CQ_VBR on your templates I noticed something. The default setting on your templates for CQ_VBR is 15ish while on CQ it was 65ish. Is there a complete differeance in the way they are scaled or is CQ_VBR @ 15 = CQ @ 15? I encoded one movie w/ the KVCD+x2 w/ CQ_VBR all settings at default and it turned out great.

Oh well, just a question.

Sincerely,
Twobit326

P.S. After some testing I found that the Panasonic DVD-RV31 can play video @ 5000kbps smoothly :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: Alright!

Hi twobit326:

The difference in the quality value settings for the new PLUS templates were necessary because of the new Quantization Matrix/CQ_VBR combination.
