1/ Did you at least install avisynth on your PC ?
2/ Are youi sure Readavs is well installed ? What do you have in the bullet that pops-up when you let the cursor 2 second on the name "readavs.dll" in the tmpgenc VFAPI tab ?

Hi guys,
I don't know much about this but...
It seems to me that Ineedashrink is having the same
problem I experienced after reinstalling WinXP, Tmpgenc
and Avisynth 2.53.
Maybe you could install Nic's XVID codec as Dialhot advised me  .
You can find it here http://nic.dnsalias.com/XviD_Install.exe.
If after that your problem persists then maybe it's better for
you to bug  Dialhot and the guys a bit more and see if they can
find a workaround for that problem.
Anyway that's how I got rid of mine...
C ya.
