Convert one cd kvcd to one cd kvcd?
 

I'm just doing this to add permanent subs to a movie. My player doesn't support switchable subs and I don't have the original source anymore.

I won't include any filters and there won't be any resizing. So would the quality stay about the same or would it worsen?

Every time you re-encode something, you'll loose quality.
