DS2 Settings files?

Can somebody who has had success with converting DIVX within D2S save their settings and post it?

Under the MISC tab in D2S, load/save - TIA!

Prediction never seems to happen and picture never encodes, everything else is successful it appears. I'm using the suggested settings from the sticky and again, it appears to complete without error, here's a log if somebody see's something glaring:

WARNING! You seem to be using "Norton Unerase Protection" and
you want to delete the temporary files created by dvd2svcd.
This can cause DVD2SVCD problems. Even though DVD2SVCD deletes
the temporary files, Norton doesn't, therefore DVD2SVCD
might run into diskspace problems. I suggest that you stop the
"Norton Unerase Protection" Service.

There is NO success with D2S in CQ mode whatever the source and whatever the script used. All successfull experience reported has to be put in the box "lucky".

More over there is ABSOLUTLY no need to use D2S to make avi->kvcd ! Manual method with CQMatic need only 3 operations and is successfull 95% of the time. And there is also Tok that can do this in few clicks (but with less success). I really don't understand why people still want to use DVD2SVCD for avis. It is not it's goal ! D2S is great to make DVD (ripping/subtitles/audio/video/chapters... all in one shot).

Okay, you're problem is different but even without this, you would see that D2S can't be use for making KVCD.

I strongly suggest you to NOT remonde the temporary files. This way you can recover if there is a problem.

Taht is a VERY old version of tmpgenc. You never change since this ? Or did you and forgot to change D2S settings ? If yes, that explain why D2S do not encode anything !

And if not... is possible that parameters has changed since this version (ou have 2-5-5 we are at 2-5-21 !

Note : you do not have enought space to encode your movie as you need at this stage two times the final size. That is 2*800 MB.

Note : the script used never appears, can you tell what it is ?
