Divx to vcd, picture quality goes a bit blured and darken
 
when I convert a ntsc dvd rip divx movie to vcd using any ntsc template the picture quality goes a bit blured and darkens is there a template or settings for tmpgenc to improve the quality back up to the divx movie?
