tool to convert the downloaded files to kvcd files?

please help me i am pulling my hair out!!!
I have downloaded a few movie files....i just wanna know if there is a tool to convert the downloaded files to kvcd files so i can put them on a normal cd...any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks :lol:

Don't post twice. I assume you're talking about movies available for download free of copyright, right? In this case, read the guides in the top of the forum.
