New features:

- internal processing is now done fully in YUV
- dramatical improvements to speed (at the same time maintaining high quality)
- possibility to export in YUV/YV12 for high speed DivX/XviD conversion
- inverse telecine filter for MPEG-2 telecined streams
- new OpenDML-AVI Plugin
- ac3 -> surround stereo downmix by default
- many more little improvements

Old features:

- Audio/Video-synchronisation mechanisms not seen (by myself) in any other free MPEG converter (a/v-desync should now be a thing of the past, but with one restriction: the audio *must* be of constant bitrate)
