New KVCD PLUS and SKVCD samples. SKVCD templates update.
 
The KVCD PLUS samples have been updated. They're 30 seconds with Dolby Surround sound each.
Also, the SKVCD templates have been updated. The motion search estimation is now set to "Fast", and the CQ value was increased to 80. Still, you will get 60+ minutes per CD. Actually, the number should be close to 80 minutes per CD.
