Xvid to KVCD - Which resolution?

I have a Xvid Video, that has 25 fps and a 592x320 resolution.

I want to convert to KVCD, using Phil's latest optimal script, but I have no idea which resolution I should use...

Please, make suggestions...

352x288 as your orig hight in your 1.85:1 AR is already very small.
If you would choose full height (576) too much scaling interpolation would be done.

He can go to 480x480 if he is in NTSC area.

Yep but he isn't ... thats why I made that recomendation :)

(He's also mod at the german KVCD forums part)

PS: Moment! He can do a PAL 25fps 480x480 encoding as I know he already made some KVCDs at NTSC 480x480 but PAL 25fps!

Chance are poor to have this displayed correctly on a TV.
480 is well displayed in 525 lines, not 625.

Depends on the resizing quality of the Standalone, as in the case of NTSC input and PAL TV output he scales internally the image to 702x576 so it fits the 625 lines ... same will be done at 352x288 or other supported resolutions .... you see anyway there will be scaling (I mentioned this in the other -no XVID to kDVD thread- ):)
I did some 480x480 25fps but in case of keeping max sharpness at full height I would stay at 576 cause of interpolation blur.

That's what I called "480 is well displayed in 525 lines, not 625."
I was mentionning this kind on blurring.
