Is this MPEG file a KVCD?

im downloading a file which claims its a kvcd but its 214mb...it says its an mpg file.....is it in kvcd file format so it is possible for me to burn it as a succesful kvcd?

How the hell do you want us to know that ? Only based on the size and an extension ? We are good, but not THAT good :-D

Burn it on a CD-RW if you are not sure !

BIG problem when i burn a video on a cd-rw...especially svcds....but ill give it a shot...would it fit on a 650mb -74min cd-rw?

I'm not sure but i think that you should be abble to fit a 214 Mb video on 650Mb data space.

Burn it as a VCD and when it tells you that the video is not VCD compliant, just answer it to continue WITHOUT reencoding the video.
