Multiple svcd to kvcd - Illegal Stream Format?

i followed the tutorial but i got stuck when it says to load the .d2v file in tmpgenc...i went to file and open and it said "Illegal Stream Format"....whats rong?

You don't have to go to file then open, you have to click "browse" near the video source line.

ok i did the browse but now it says its cant open or its unsupported....
