Error importing MPV generated with CCE to Scenarist?
 

Hi everyone,
I've been reading the CCE to KDVD vmesquita guide and doing some tests. After getting my .MPV , I tried to import the file to Scenarist but I get this error.

Error D:\a\target.m2v
Error : Number of fields (3 in GOP(# 2) or between sequence_header_code should be equal or smaller than 36.
Warning : Number of SequenceEndCode is 0.

Info 0 file(s) accepted, 1 file(s) rejected

After trying some setting I realize that if I change the GOP sequence in CCE from M=3 , N/M=5 to M=3 , N/M=4 and it works.

Obviusly I get a big file size.

For your knowlodge, I'm using CCE 2.67.00.10 trial.

Can you help me with this issue.

You found the solution yourself ! You have to use "N/M=4" and not 5.
Jorel reported taht also in DVDLab (even if I didn't have any problem with it).

Note : a $1950 encoder and a $39000 authoring tool ? you are a rich man ;-)
