BlindPP question in the optimal .avi script
 

BlindPP(cpu=4)

Can somebody please explain what this particular function does, as well as the other acceptable arguments? I can't seem to find any information it. Well, let me say that I found some information, I simply don't understand what I read. Even after all this time, I'm still trying to get sorted on many of the "techincal" aspects, though I seem to have the "which buttons to push" down pretty well. :)
