Can't play file?

Hey all,

I'm new here, so hello all -

"K" VCD is new to me and I thought I'd play a little. I got my hands on a kvcd file, but every player I've used in win xp says unsupported file type. I've looked for a codec or any other support, but cannot find anything. What am I missing?

If it is mpeg2 you will need a software dvd-player installed on your PC like winDVD Powerdvd etc.
You can find a Shareware MPEG2-Player here: http://www.elecard.com/download/

Thanks for the link. Although, I think I just happen to have a botched file. Power DVD and elecard both do the same thing...the movies skips all over..from credits to movie to credits..etc. My guess is my particular file is damaged of some sorts.

Thanks for the help
