Is it important, I got it about 100 times.. Mpg was fine though..

Hi Fluffbutt,

That's related to the VBV size that is currently set for MPEG-1.
Try the same settings (resolution, etc.), but set it as KSVCD, and you shouldn't see those errors.
Or manually use a batch file, in the mean time, to set the correct VBV value.
If you still want MPEG-1, choose a lower resolution, and you shouldn't see those errors.

as you are using the smallest posible resolution, try to skip the kvcd matrix (that is do not specify a matrix at all) and see if you have the same errors.

I see in your parameters and in your matrix settings using "my matrix brain language" that youre using an output out of DRPenc Mencoder ???

The first you should do is which useful parameters have been found out by the members (Bilu, DigiDoc, RDS_correia, Vmesquita, me and many others) of the mencoder Thread which also have been implementated by VMesquita in his GUI ....

... this could solve many problems as they have been hard tested.

(Yep, I use Drp to get the bat file, then play with that with extra settings from the forums.. Very much trial and error.. LOL)

Just another quickie Q - I thought those matrixes (matrixi ?) were for kvcd, which is what I'm after - with that bat file (inc the matrixi) I got a 90 min 610 mpeg inc sound at very very good quality.

What would killing the matrix fix/improve?

If you are worried about the error you have, try to encode without the kvcd matrix.
If you don't mind to have the error and you like the quality the skipping of the matrix would improve/fix nothing.
