Pegasys TMPGEnc and Cinema Craft Similarities?
 

Is it just me, or has anyone noticed the similarities in design between the Pegasys and Cinema Craft sites? Not only that, but they both apparently are owned by a Japanese company, because they both feature Japanese language versions of their sites quite prominently. Perhaps I'm a latecomer and everyone already knows the story behind this, but isn't this odd? The address for the company is listed as an American PO Box. If you read the whois results here http://www.betterwhois.com/bwhois.cg....com&x=12&y=16 you'll see that the company obviously at least has Japanese ties. Could it perhaps be that there is some sort of crossover at least between the two companies?
