Thank you kwag. But they are for Tmpgenc and not for avi2svcd.

Why do you want to use a such BAAAAAAAAAAAAAADDDD encoder ?

Forget it and use tmpgenc.

Note: actually I don't know this tool but if it was good, I would have heard about it before ;-)
