How do I convert MPEG PAL to MPEG NTSC ?
 

I have a 352x288, 25fps PAL VCD and would like to convert it into a NTSC 352x240, 29fps VCD.

1) Is that what I want to do :?:
2) Is TMPGEnc 2.56 the way to do it OR something else?

(I have an APEX 1000 & 1500 and it does not like fps lower then 29) :cry:

But not for a PAL VCD :D
Your Apex should play a PAL VCD. Burn a small sample and try it out :wink:

i know the 1500 plays pal vcd's , svcd's, dvd's and dvd-r's,
but the easiest way to convert it is by using tmpgenc,,,
im researching other methods right now,, special pal dvd-9 to ntsc dvd-5,,,
