KVCD: Converting AVI episodes into kvcds?

hello,
I have a bunch of episodes (avi) that i want to turn into kvcds.
I want to put 2 eps on one 800mb cdr. One avi varies around 54 to 60 minutes. 2 eps should be no more than 120 minutes.
I ripped the audio and turn into 128kb and then convert to pcm wave to use this as the audio source. I've used tmpgenc. And chosen the template KVCD-CQ-352x240-_NTSCFilm_-PLUS to convert.
But now the problem is after i converted 2 files I drag them in nero and found out there's still about 100mb left. It seems to be a waiste.
How can I use the 100mb that's left. All templates are 352x......or 720x
isn't there something in between. The avis are 3:4 so don't want to turn them into widescreen.
I'm not very technical and have read a lot but the more I read more confused. Anyone can help?

thank you

Hi lara, and welcome.
In order to fill the disk to capacity, you had to encode using file size prediction.
Read about it on the forum, and you may also want to try CQMatic, which also has a forum area.
Or, go to more advanced topics, like MencoderME forum :)
