How do I multiplex?
This may be a stupid question, but I have downloaded BBMpg 1.24 version 18 (says beta 13 at top of window) and when I run the avi2mpg2.exe file I do not see any options for multiplexing. I want to multiplex mpeg2 m2v file at 23.976 fps with mp2 file to generate a mpeg2 29.97 fps output file with pulldown flag. I am using Windows XP on Pentium 4. I checked the batch file and add button, but it will not load the files. Obviously I should be doing something else but what?
I know I can do this using other programs, but I want to find our how to do it with BBMpg. Other post here show a multiplexing window with a pulldown option, so I am assuming this can be done. |
you should have a run_bbmpeg.exe somewehere and that is the one to launch.
Else retrieve mplex (do a search on the forum). That is exactly the same software. Actually bbmpeg is based no mplex. |
Thanks Dialhot

Later run avi2mpg2.exe, click in start encoding, click in settings and go ahead. |
Prodater64,
Thanks for the XP patch address. |
