KVCD: Movie too big, but file size under 800MB?

Congradulation Kwag for creating this template and this Forum
Rulezzzzzzz!

Ok here is my problem if you can help me out
I encoded a movie using KVCD template 352x480 and the file size came out 806Mb but when i burn the movie to a CDR its too big.
I modified the template a bit because it wont fit:

Using Tmpgenc 2.57:
- Mpeg-2 (or else my Apex AD600a wont read it)
- CQ_VBR quality 18 Min 300 Max 2000
- Pal 25 fps
- Aspect ratio 16:9 625 pal
- Center cust 352x352 (as suggested by Reman)
- GOP 1-18-3-1-60
- Motion search Fast

Tried burning with Nero with too much data (padding i think)
Also VCDeasy saying:

WARNING: Length of toc (89:46:72, 404022 blocks) exceeds capacity of CD-R (79:51:38, 359363 blocks).
WARNING: Ignored because of option '--overburn'.
WARNING: Some drives may fail to record this toc.

thanks for reply!

Thanks moviefreak! :D

Did you actually try to make the burn :?:
Because that size will overburn without a problem.
I always use VCDEasy.

Hey Kwag.

thanks for the quick reply. It wont fit on one CD. I went in the cut/merge in Tmpgenc and just converted the movie as is. It resized the movie to fit on 1 disc!! It displayed an error on the SVCD header but the movie is fine... i dont understand.
But now the movie jerks every 10 sec or so... HELP??

I encoded the movie with another template that i created in 720x480 CQ 50 min 300 max 3500. it fit on 1 CD with better picture.

I have a APEX 600A (mistake to buy this crap)

It seems to play smoother when i change the loader (drive) with another DVD IDE i had.
