Bitrates: Another problem with 89.77

Ok this is what i did so far:

Used moviestacker 2.1.0 made a script for avisynth 2.5

loaded the KVCDx3 NTSC template in tmpg, loaded my avs, saved as text project(no advanced options were selected).

then i went to CQMatic entered runtime (rounded up to 93min), calculated bitrate as 1071.6(movie stacker had it at 1074), rounded down to 1070 jic.

final CQMatic CQ 89.77???

started it, woke up, stopped at 40% because filesize was almost 400mb.

i read some other thread about problems with long pathnames, and changed my project to D:\asdfasdfs.tpr and H:\TMPG\tmpgenc.exe and the results are always the same CQ 89.77... i even changed the bitrate to see what would happen...same 89.77..

so is it cqmatic? is it moviestacker? which step did i mess up?

nvm, i just dumped everything into a folder, renamed everything to 8+3. and i think its working now, it's encoding a sample in tmpgenc, it didn't do that before.

Make sure you always clear the source range in TMPEG, before saving your project file.
