KVCD: Max bitrate for 23.976fps video?
 

Hi,

Can someone list down the max bitrates for the tmpgenc optimal templates LBR & ULBR and so forth?

Like 352* 240 = max bitrate of 1800 but what about the others , such as 352 * 288?

MAX for LBR, 1,150Kbps, MIN 300Kbps.
MAX for ULBR, 900Kbps, MIN 64Kbps.

I remember someone asked for this information before but I don't remember which post( my computer got formatted). It had lots of details to which max bitrate 352/240-1500 and so forth... in TOK you should set for certain optimsed tmpgenc templates. I've used search but I can't find it. Can someone help m e out here?

Why don't you just download the old templates, and look at the settings :?:
