All templates are now in sync.
 
The SKVCD, PocketPC and KVCDx3 MPEG-2 templates were updated.
The SKVCD is now rated at ~120 minutes per CD using the latest filters and techniques.
This completes the update to version 2 on all templates.
They all share the new KVCD BETA-1a "Notch" matrix and the same GOP.
