Memento

 that's my favorite movie of all time

Hey Jellygoose, I like that one quite a bit too. Do you happen to know anything about an "easter egg" on that dvd which lets you watch the movie in real-time order, rather than the somewhat confusing order that it was originally presented in? (I know, I know...the confusing jumps from scene to scene are there on purpose to make you feel as confused as the main character, but...).

I know I read about this "easter egg" somewhere, but I can't verify it because I don't own that dvd yet. Just wondering if you've tried it, or if the movie would really suck if it was watched in "real-time" order. :)

That's a great great movie!!
I did not believe when I saw it in a dvd-magazine in a news-stand.
I paid about US$4.30 for the original DVD! 8O
I didn't know about this easter egg.
I'm gonna search it. May be I can find something inside the magazine (I didn't read it  )

dang,

$ 4.00 U.S.?
That's like $ 49.95 Canadian, :D

What's Memento about? I've seen it at BlockBusters, but never really grabbed my attention.

Yes, that's one of the best movies I've ever seen too.

ztr, it's about a guy who CRS (can't remember stuff).

I thought the timing (reverse order of the scenes) was brilliant but a little confusing at first. I've seen threads at vcdhelp about how to put it in the right order. I remember seeing a post where someone listed the times of each scene so you could put it in the right order with trim(xx,xx)

I watched that movie. Its was alright the porblem i had was it felt like i watched the 3 minutes of amovie 30 times in a row. I was just able to pick up on what happened early in the movie, so it wasnt much of a suprise at the end. I dig the idea though.

Yes, this movie was quite different from the predictable story lines that come out of hollywood. However, you can't watch this one half asleep. You've got to be engaged or you'll get lost very quickly!!!!!!!

The movie is really great!

DVD Magazine
I don't remember seeing a magazine with a Full movie on DVD in germany... damn...

I guys :)

I remember this movie used as a test sample in the early days of kvcd
testings and so on and so forth..

It read ealsewhere (here) that it was an interesting movie, and that you had
to view it in its entirety (not in parts or whatnot)

I'm very interested in watching this movie. I remember seeing it at BJ's a
while ago (at the time of the discision [above]) but I didn't feel like spending
the $22 for the DVD then. I thought it was expensive then, for a movie that
was done several year ago. But, BJ's has lowered their movies since that
time. Anyways..

I can't find that movie anywheres in stores. So, I'll have ta wait around
and see :) Hopefully, it'll be around the usuall $14 price-range.
