Kwag:

This thread is indirectly related to video, but it is also related to audio, or any other topic in the forum. I am sure that this was asked before, and if this is the case I owe an apology for not being thorugh enough in my search.
When I am searching, I receive several threads containing the words that I am searching, however many posts, within such threas, are not pertinent to what I am looking for. For instance: If I am trying to find say GOP (This is just an illustration), then I hit search, and then type GOP and after the research, say that 200 matches (2 pages of say 20 threads), each thread has perhaps 100 posts, but only 20% of such 4000 posts contain the word GOP, and there is a lot of reading to find what I am hunting for. To summarize, I guess that the question is:

Is there a way to search and to receive only those posts containing the parameters of the sarch?

Hope that I was able to explain what I am trying to accomplish. Sorry if I am out of line with this question, but indeed there is a lot of reading in such a short time.

Thanks

Totonho

Hi Totonho,

Did you look at the search options right on the "Search" window :?:
"You can use AND to define words which must be in the results, OR to define words which may be in the result and NOT to define words which should not be in the result. Use * as a wildcard for partial matches"

So if you want to search for GOP AND matrix AND Totonho,
you enter: GOP AND matrix AND Totonho
That will narrow you search, instead of matching the global word GOP.
