Using the Search function

Hi simple question is there a way to get it to search for the exact phrase only that you use

For example if i look for Apex 1100 i get results for just apex and just 1100. can you get results only that refer to Apex 1100.

Type: "apex AND 1100" in the search field (without the double quotes).
