E-Mail mistake
Subject: Electronic mistake
The following story shows that you have to be careful about E-mail addresses, before sending one, to prevent a catastrophe > >A man left the snowy Chicago streets to spend a happy vacation on the sunny Florida ones. > >His wife was on a business trip and they had planed to meet in Miami the following day. > >When the man returned to the hotel, after spending the day on the beach under beautiful coconut trees, full of tropical fruit juices, he decided to send his wife a message via E-mail, to tell her about the wonders of the place. > >Since he could not find the piece of paper where he had written his wife E-mail address, he decided to risked it, try the address from memory, and pray that was the correct one. > >But unfortunately, he made a mistake on one letter and the message was directed to the wife of a minister who had died the day before. > >During the night, this woman decided to check her E-mail and see the condolences she had gotten; as she looked at the monitor, she gasped, scream and fell stone cold dead on the floor. > >When hearing the scream her family came to see what had happened to her and they read the following on the screen, > > > >My dear wife: > >I just got here. It was a long trip, but it was worth it, this place is beautiful, lots of trees, gardens, and parties. Even though I have been here for a few hours, It’s beginning to feel like home. > >Now I’m going to rest. > >I only wanted to tell you, that I already spoke to the people here and they have everything ready for your arrival tomorrow afternoon > >I’m sure you are going to like it very much here > >Kisses from your loving husband > > > >PS: ¡Get ready, the temperature is an inferno! > > |
