Pioneer DV-F727 300-disc DVD changer

Does anyone has Pioneer DV-F727 (a 300-disc DVD changer), my friend has one and I gave my KVCDx3 (Mpeg-1) to him, he reported to me that he has audio skips problem (the audio skips consistently every 2-3 seconds), any suggestions, please!

It was 544x480 KVCDx3 (Mpeg-1), the minimum bitrate was set to 400. I suspect Poineer doesn't like low minimum bitrate, I will try another sample with higher minimum bitrate and will let you know.

Here is the result: Pioneer DV-F727 plays KVCDs with a minimum bitrate of 600 or above, otherwise, it coughs a lot.

KVCDx3 (both 528 & 544 x 480) is NOT compatible with this player, the screen shift to left, but it plays KVCD-Plus (704x480) perfectly!
