KVCD: It creates pauses on my player?

Panasonic DVD PLayer, not sure of the model but it plays standard VCD.
Tried to put KVCD+ with 120min template. It creates pauses every second. It is not a major pause but you will notice it that it have this static effect. I don know how to explain it but small enough for you to be able to watch the whole movie but big enought to be annoyed.

I played it on my Apex5131 no problem... on my computer no prob too...

what do you think?

I have a Panasonic DVD PLayer also and sounds like a problem I had. What I did to fix the probem is encode the audio at 44.1 instead of 48 then I mux with tmpg and now my kvcd movies play with nothing wrong.
Hope this helps if it dosen't I would try BBMPEG.

It's definitely the 44.1 vs 48 audio. I have a panasonic also and it jerks if muxed at 48.
