Jerky movements when playing back on vcd player?
 

hi - i followed the instructions, but i am getting jerky movements throughout the disc when playing it back on the vcd player. it seems to play fine on the computer though. i have a 24x nec cd-rw and burned it on a 40x imation 80 min-cdr. please help me resolve this problem. other than that everything else was simple.

You need to provide more info. Standalone DVD brand/make/model, etc.

i am using a ps2 to view my vcds. all other vcds i have play wonderfully on it.

AHA!, you're the first one, I think, to post a message regarding playing VCD's in a PS2 :lol:
I thought that the PS2 didn't play VCD's :roll: , at least that's what the reports in the net said. If you can play a standard VCD, but not KVCD's, that means that you will have problems playing any variable bit rate MPEG-1. You're going to have to experiment by trying some of the Apex hacks. Like muxing as SVCD, or increasing the MIN bit rate in the template.
