Konka 1800 unable to read dvd-r?
 
Hi,
I am very new to this. I am trying to obtain a firmware upgrade for my Konka 1800 DVD player so as to enable it to read and play DVD-R's made in a Panasonic DMRE-20. The DVD-R's work in other newer DVD players but not mine. :( I tried the Konka website and was not able to find any help.
