Play KDVD or Backed-up DVD in Car?

Hi... after backing up a dvd I find the back up copy doesn't play in the car. the resolution is fps 25 and sound is mpeg. the original plays fine its just the back up not working in the car. has anyone experienced the same pronlem?

Did you encode it with car driver protection?

We don't know car SAP specifications.
We don't know if your encode it DVD compliant.
If you can give us more data, maybe we can give a serious answer.

Did you try the backup on your home SAP and/or on a PC DVD Player such as PowerDVD to see if it worked o.k?

SAP = stand alone player?

yes I did... it works there.. just not in the car... my dvd is listed as capable of playing kvcd and dvd... does a Jap car headunit affect it?

Perhaps a dvd-media problem (in combination with your car-player).
