How to create KDVD with REAL subtitle?

How to create KDVD with REAL subtitle? I mean the subtitle can be hidden and selectable, not embedded into the video.

recreat DVD

I have tons of downloaded movies in AVI MPEG-4 format with SUB/IDX/SRT subtitle file. I want to recreat DVD with REAL subtitle from them.
