Kill Java.
I leave Unlocker installed -- again, I use it all the time. Useful tool to have installed.
The rest of that stuff looks related to the computer. I'd leave it alone. I have some of those things, too.

You can also use Crap Cleaner to disable start up items. Just open Crap Cleaner and go to Tools->Startup. Then double click any items you want to disable. Double click them again to re-enable.
