Making lossless Blu-ray iso files...

Can anyone recommend a software that will make 1:1 lossless quality iso files of blu-ray discs? I'm not concerned about file size I just want the iso to be identical to the disc itself when I play it back through the mediaplayer. Many thanks.

RedFox AnyDVD HD, obviously. You didn't specify budget.

Just as a note, "lossless" isn't used correctly here. That refers to compression. You can't have 1:1 if something is lossless.

The reliable ol' ImgBurn works great for Blu-ray ROM/R/RE. However, it must be unprotected.

If your discs are commercial, likely meaning some sort of copy protection, then AnyDVD or DVDFab is indeed your only option.
I usually prefer DVDFab to AnyDVD.

I used the term lossless in order to be certain that I communicated I wanted to preserve the full quality and integrity of the disc but I take your point.

I am using the Copy feature in DVDFab. I just wanted to make certain that was the best program to use.
