7 gig on a Reg DVD
I just got some disks that I decided to make copies of because I didn't trust the media they were on. I used Decrypter to rip the files but when I went to burn them with Nero it said the content was over 7 Gig. How can that be? Even Decrypter shows it as over 7 Gig. They are not duel layer.
I used Scandisk and the disks are ok. I tried to use Nero Disk copy and it runs for about 20 sec and then tells me to insert a blank for the copy. My PC is fast but not that fast. There are LOTS of dark rings visible on the burn side of the disk. Anyone want to clue me in on whats going on here. Thanks |
You cannot put 7GB on a regular disc. Something is corrupted in the files, or it really is a DL disc. Not much else I can say without seeing the disc itself.
What is the media ID of the disc? |
LS. If you dont mind id like to send you acouple of these disks to look over. Im very curious to discover what the problem is.

Sure, send them here. Sounds interesting.
