I have been unable to make it work smoothly in W10x64 but others have.

Lovely USB 950 capture device approved by the great LordySmurf himself.
Gently used by me because I could not get it to play nicely in Windows 10x64. BUT, and it's a worthy but...it's a historically solid card that is deemed to make fantastic captures by the experts who know.
Take a few microseconds to think it over, because the next stop for this wonderful device is EBay or Mercari.
