For sale is an NTSC only AVT-8120 quad splitter that acts as an external TBC. I am certain this has the sought after green AVT-8710 chipset since it doesn't freak out on JVC S-VHS menus. At some point it was QC'd by Lordsmurf as his sticker is on the bottom. Although I bought this unit off eBay, the seller in describing the TBC said they purchased it from LS. The TBC comes with the external power brick and two BNC-to-RCA adapters as well as some documentation for proper setup for conversions.
While a composite only TBC this would be good for someone on a budget or if you only need composite. I will also include two short run
