Wanted: Panasonic NV-HS 1000 (or similar)
Hi all,
probably weird for a first-time poster to start with a "WANTED" thread, but here we are. Anyhow - here's a very short intro: This forum helped me a lot a few years back when I was researching which Digital8 camcorder to buy. Recently I used this forum a lot to research all things VHS capture. So I signed up for 3 years membership, but actually had no intentions to ever post anything. I only wanted to support and show my gratitude by becoming a premium member. Again: But here we are. :) I'm located in Germany and I'm looking for one of the suggested PAL Panasonic S-VHS recorders: Blaupunkt RTV-950 Blaupunkt RTV-965 Blaupunkt RTV-966 Panasonic NV-FS 200EG Panasonic NV-HS 1000 If anyone from Germany or the EU (with reasonable shipping costs/total costs...) is willing to part with one that has been professionally refurbished recently, please let me know. Or please let me know if you can point me to a trustworthy shop where I could find a refurbished model. FYI: 1 week ago I bought one on eBay and learned the hard way, that all warnings here on this forum are valid. ;) I was lucky though, the seller took his non-working deck back and refunded me. Thanks for reading. |
I’m also looking to buy a PAL VCR. I don’t know who I should trust.
There’s a seller called dragonxdragon that sells lots of PAL vcr with good reviews, but I don’t know. Hopefully somebody here can guide us to the right place to get a fully funcional pal vcr. I have a PAL ES15 Thanks! |
It took quite a while for my post to be approved, so after one or two weeks, I lost interest to check 20x a day.
(No disrespect - I get that there are more important things in life - it's all good. :)) So I jumped the gun again and was lucky with a seller by the name of hifi*berlin. A but pricey, but the VCR was professionally refurbished and works like a charm. |
In Europe:
https://vcrshop.com (Dutch shop) https://www.ebay.it/str/dragonxdrago...75.m3561.l2563 (German ebay seller) I do not personally recommend these sources, because I have not bought anything from them, but heard good feedbacks. Check you have all needed guarantees before buying! |
Thanks. I just bought a JVC HR-S7600EU from vcrshop, and a capture card from lordsmurf (I already own a ES15 for extra TBC(ish) setup).
