[EXPIRED] WTB: Panasonic AG1980P
 

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all well. Today, I've finally decided to bite the bullet and take the plunge into Panasonic AG1980P ownership. I've got some stubborn EP tapes I'd love to give a try on a refurbished AG1980P. I really don't want to play the eBay game, so I'm hoping someone in the community has an AG1980P (that has been serviced at some point) they'd be willing to part with. When I say serviced, I mostly mean having bad capacitors replaced and having the tape transport mechanism looked over (hopefully I'm not forgetting something else important that should be done to one of these units - if I am, forum members feel free to chime in with any suggestions!).

I'm from New England, if you have a refurbished unit you'd be willing to part with, private message me with your price and hopefully we can work something out. If you're local, that'd be even better - no shipping worries if that was the case, however I realize the chances of a local meetup happening are low.
